For products requiring lightweight, durable snap fasteners, there is the all-plastic "SP" snap. Plastic snaps are non-metallic, non-magnetic, non-allergenic, oxidation free, and appropriate for a world of applications. Cost effective and durable, plastic snaps are compatible with apparel, personal accessories, industrial, medical and other applications.

The SP-300, SP-500, and SP-700 are available in 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, and 27 ligne sizes. All of these components can be dyed in custom colors; tops are available in glossy or matte finishes. These caps cannot be logo enhanced.

The SP20 and the SP30, the Advancen^® line, are available in 10, 11, 13, 15 and 17 millimeter sizes^*. The socket and stud are available in Advancen^® colors only. The cap and post are available in either dye to match or Advancen^® color, and may be either glossy or matte . The cap can be enhanced with a custom logo or design.

Everything You Need to Succeed "SP" fasteners work well on woven fabrics, nonwoven spunbound type fabrics, and sheet type fabrics (e.g. vinyl, etc). It is not recommended that these fasteners be used on knits or other substrates that are not properly stabilized.

Attachments can be made using a basic footpress, a pneumatic footpress, an electric flywheel press or a fully automatic WB-200 attaching machine.
