The socket can be attached with any of the prong ring based components. The stud may be attached with either a prong ring or a post, as chosen according to the fabric and the garment construction. However, in the case of a reversible garment, attaching both socket and stud with a prong ring based component will allow you to achieve that finished look on both sides.

The underparts (studs and sockets) are shown here with nickel plating, the most frequently used finish. If you are interested in our other platings, please contact our sales team.

The medical stud is not compatible with YKK Snap Fasteners America's 16 ligne socket. Its special design makes it compatible with the socket used on EKG probe leads. This type of socket is not available through YKK Snap Fasteners America.
